Hola a todos, teniendo en cuenta que comienza la semana o sea hoy lunes, que mejor que degustar pollo a la parrilla, pata y muslo con ensalada, siendo la misma lechuga, ensalada rusa con papa, zanahoria, huevo, arveja y mayonesa, la cual la verdad salio muy sabrosa.

El pollo, para cocinarlo es parecido al asado de ayer, primero encender el fuego y una ves que las brasas encendidas, agregue la parrilla y arriba de aesta el pollo, en esta caso pata y muslo, el cual primero se lo condimento muy bien.

Asi que amigos la verdad que para enmpesar la semana o sea lunes, es un buen almuerzo y la verdad salio muy exquisito.
