Pollo al horno, arroz y ensalada con mandiocaºººººBaked chicken, rice, and salad with cassava

Hola a todosm la verdad amigos que el frio no da tregua, lo digo porque esta muy acondicionado el mismo y por eso es que nos tenemos que cuidarnos, principalmente por las enfermedades varias que el mismo produce, por eso en lo personal siempre me cuido del mismo, bueno teniendo en cuenta todo esto, ya es hora de preparar la comida para el almuerzo, por lo tanto se preparo para la misma, un pollo al horno, el cual una ves bien condimentado lo agregue en una bandeja y lo lleve al horno a temperatura correspondiente para el mismo.

Como les dije correspondiente al mismo, el cual se cocino quedando como se ve en la fotografia y cortado en porciones, listo para degustarlo.

Junto con esta sabrosa mandioca, la cual para cocinarlas, agregue una olla en la hortnalla de la cocina, cuando el agua comenzo a calentarse agregue dichas mandiocas y una ves cocinadas, se las quita de la misma, las cuales salieron bien blandas.

Bueno tampoco tiene que faltar la ensalada la cual se trata de pepino y tomate cortados en julianas, condimentada con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.

El arroz se cocina de la siguiente manera, colocamos la olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le agregamos agua caliente, luego el arroz y cuando el mismo esta cocinado, lo colamos le agregamos un poquito de aceite o queso rallado y listo, ya tenemos el almuerzo especial, jajaja.

Along with this tasty cassava, to cook it, add a pot to the stove in the kitchen. When the water begins to heat up, add the cassava and once cooked, remove it from the pot. It will be very soft.

Of course, you can't forget the salad, which is made with julienned cucumber and tomato, seasoned with olive oil and salt to taste.

The rice is cooked as follows: place the pot on the stove, add hot water, then the rice, and when it is cooked, strain it, add a little oil or grated cheese, and that's it, we have a special lunch, hahaha.
