Hola a todos, llego el dia mas esperado en la familia, mas alla de que es un dia de descanso, los domingos es importante por el hecho de que se junatan la familia, por supuesto en la medida que se puede, entonces que mejor ocacion para preparar para el almuerzo, bueno a veces asado, otras pastas, empanadas pero esta ves amigos algo mas sabroso jajajaja, que se trata de matanbrito de carne de cerdo a la piza, acompañado con ensalada de papa,arbeja, tomate, cebolla, huevo y papa, condimentada con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.

Para cocinar dicho matanbrito, se hace de la siguiente manera, prendemos el fuego en la parrilla, una ves que se hacen las brasas, agregamos dicho matanbrito de carne de cerdo, luego lo condimentamos agregandole, savora y sal condimentada a gusto.

Cuando dicha carne se cocina de un lado, lo damos vuelta para que se cocine bien del otro, y luego le agregamos salsa de tomate, queso blando o fresco y arriba del mismo le agregamos oregano a gusto, la verdad amigos salio muy sabroso.

Por supuesto quedaria de esta manera, con el queso arriba de dicha carne, una ves que el mismo se derrite bien, es cuando est en el punto justo para degustarlo, les digo que de esa carne no quedo nada.

Dujimos que para acompañar dicho matanbrio, bueno la ensalada de papas ya esta, tambien ensalada de aguacate o palta con tomate, todo cortado n trozos pequeños y por ultimo amigos el arroz, el cual nunca tiene que falatar, el se cocina de la siguiente manera, colocamos la olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le agregamos agua caliente, luego el arroz y cuando el mismo esta cocinado, lo colamos le agregamos un poquito de aceite y listo.
