Empesando la semana con milanesa de polloºººººStarting off the week with chicken milanesa
Hola a todos, un nuevo comienzo de semana, un nuevo inicio para seguir subsistiendo en esta vida de la que dependemos como seres humanos, pero que si nos damos cuenta de la misma, es que va pasando tan rapido como si fuera una brisa en el desierto, cuando nos damos cuenta ya somos, padres de familia, luego abuelos, bisiabuelos y asi tratar de disfrutar el resto de los dias que nos queda en este mundo, por es bueno siempre vivir el presente como lo hago en esta ocacion, por ejemplo al preparar la comida para el almuerzo como lo es estas sabrosas milanes de pollo, con zapallo hervido y arroz.
Dichas milanesas las cuales como dije son de pollo, al llevarlas al horno, tambien le agregue sobre las mismas, queso blando o fresco, jamon cocido, tomate cortado en julianas, y sobre todo esto un poco de oregano para darle el sabor ideal.
Bueno como siempre un poco de verdura, la cual en este caso se trata de zapallo hervido con cascara y todo, que es ahi donde se encuentra una variedad de nutrientes beneficiosos para la salud, como fibra, vitaminas C y A, minerales (como potasio, magnesio, hierro y fósforo), carotenoides y compuestos fenólicos, estos componentes contribuyen mucho a la digestión y proteccion para la salud.
Tambien el arroz, el cual es un componentes escencial para acompañar a una gran variedad de comidas, bueno como en este caso a las milanesas de pollo, cocinadas al horno.
En lo personal es una comida que mas me agrada, como por ejemplo para el coemienzo de semana jajaja.

Also rice, which is an essential component to accompany a variety of foods, well as in this case the chicken milanesas, cooked in the oven.
Personally it is a meal that I like the most, as for example for the beginning of the week hahaha.

I love how you prepared the chicken milanesas, adding cheese, ham, and tomato on top must make them even more tasty. The pumpkin and rice are such perfect sides, healthy and filling.
