Compartiendo un asado de domingo con la familia|||||Sharing a Sunday barbecue with the family
Hola a todos, siempre los fines de semana, los considero muy especial,. por el solo hecho de que en la medida que se puede nos juntamos todo en familia, para comparir un almuerzo, como bien lo pueden ver en las fotos, se trata de un asado, bueno en todo asado se comienza por prender el fuego, al que agrego un poco de leños y luego el carbon, de esa manera las brasas son mas eficientes.
Bueno hablando de asado el mismo consiste en falda, cortada en churrasco, morcilla, chorizo casero de cerdo, costilla de carne de cerdo y lo que nunca debe faltar en los asado que hago, por pedido especial de mi familia, que es la alitas de pollo, las cuales bien condimentadas son muy sabrosas.
Que mejor que para condimentar el asado como lo hago yo, el cual se trata de ajo y perejil picados bien finos, al que les agrego aceite de oliva, sal y un poco de aji molido. tambien como ben agrego a la parrilla pan cortado en rodajas.
A dicho pan una ves que doy la vuelta al mismo, le agrego el mismo condimento o sea ajo, perejil bien picados, con aceite de oliva y un poco de aji molido. de esa manera sale muy sabroso.
Estando al pan bien tostado con el ingrediente que les comente, comienzo a servir a los comensales, dicho pan y tambien el asado antes mencionado, que la verdad esta ves o como siempre salio muy exquisito.
De esta manera compartimos un sabroso almuerzo con la familia toda y asi disfrutando un doomingo o fin de semana, mas.

Once the bread is well toasted with the ingredients I mentioned, I begin to serve the diners, the bread and also the roast mentioned above, that the truth this time or as always came out very delicious.
