Comenzando el día, con el mate, luego la playa|||||Starting the day with mate, then the beach.
Buenos días a todos, nuevamente con ustedes, para seguir batallando en esta hermosa comunidad, de la cual soy parte, en donde seguimos el día a día con nuestras publicaciones, dejando de esta manera todo de nosotros, por ejemplo en este post. comparto con ustedes este desayuno, el cual es al estilo campestre, lo digo así por el hecho que degustar unos sabrosos mates por la mañana, como bien digo el campo seria algo así como una tradición, bueno también va en gusto de cada uno, pero la verdad sabiéndolo preparar es un buen aliciente, para empezar calentamos el agua a una temperatura de 80 grados, luego el agua la vertemos en el termo, lo tapamos y preparamos lo que seria el mate propiamente dicho, le agregamos la yerba al mate, unos yuyos a gusto, en este caso un poco de manzanilla, lo mesclamos bien y colocamos luego la bombilla, como ven ya esta todo preparado, luego lo acompañamos con unas galletitas y queso de untar.
Una ves saciado el tema del mate, que lo podemos transportar en momentos que salimos a caminar, como por ejemplo como lo estoy haciendo por la playa, a orillas del mar, en momentos que se produce la baja mar o sea las olas, rompen pero de manera muy lenta y de esa forma la playa se va agrandando, sentir esa brisa de mar, el viento que soplando con ese fresco leve y en el horizonte el sol que comienza a levantarse, por supuesto también degustando el sabroso mate, es algo maravilloso amigos, como se puede ver en la foto, el cielo bien celeste, presentándose así un día excelente.
De tal manera que disfrutar un momento como este, en lo personal es único, por todos los sentidos que nos regala la madre naturaleza.

I share with you this breakfast, which is country style, I say so because of the fact that tasting some tasty mates in the morning, as I say the field would be something like a tradition, well it also goes in taste of each one, but the truth knowing how to prepare it is a good incentive, to start we heat the water to a temperature of 80 degrees, Then we pour the water into the thermos, cover it and prepare what would be the mate itself, we add the yerba mate, some herbs to taste, in this case a little chamomile, mix well and then place the bombilla, as you can see everything is already prepared, then we accompany it with some crackers and cheese spread.
Once the mate is satiated, we can transport it in moments that we go for a walk, for example as I am doing on the beach, by the sea, in moments that the low sea or waves break but very slowly and in that way the beach is getting bigger, to feel that sea breeze, the wind blowing with that slight freshness and in the horizon the sun that begins to rise, of course also tasting the tasty mate, is something wonderful friends, as you can see in the photo, the sky is very blue, thus presenting an excellent day.
So enjoying a moment like this, personally is unique, for all the senses that mother nature gives us.
