Colaborando en un aniversario de boda de oro, 50 años de casados|||||Collaborating on a golden wedding anniversary, 50 years of marriage

Buenos días a todos, como bien ustedes saben, siempre estoy predispuesto en colaborar, con lo que sea, como por ejemplo cuando mi vecino, estaba construyendo su casa, nos juntamos y de esa manera lo pudo terminar mas rápido, en este caso se trata de otro vecino, pero no para construir, si no que estos vecinos, ya construyeron a lo largo de su vida, con esto quiero decir que si lo hicieron formando una familia, bien constituida, es por eso que ahora viene la recompensa, siendo la misma las bodas de oro, por cumplir 50 años de casados, entonces que mejor regalo le puedo hacer que colaborar con la elaboración de cocinar el asado, el cual en este caso se trata de un cordero y un lechón, el cual lo hice al asador, comenzando bien temprano a las 4 de la tarde, siendo la cena para las 10 de la noche, por supuesto que esta manera de cocinar, tiene que ser a fuego lento, con leños pero bien preparado, para que no se arrebate la carne.

El cordero como se ve en la foto, bastante grande, así que teniéndolo como lo vemos comencé a condimentarlo bien, por lo que le efectué cortes, como si fuera mechado, colocando en cada corte, un poco de ajo mesclado con perejil y un poco de cúrcuma y para el tema de la sal, hice lo siguiente, tome una botella de gaseosa la enjuague bien, le agregue agua, vinagre, sal y ajo bien picado, los sacudí varias veces para que se mescle bien, entonces a medida que se cocinaba le agregaba, efectuándole como si fuera un atomizador, entonces la carne de esa forma sale perfecta.

El mismo procedimiento que el cordero lo realice con el lechón, el mismo estaba congelado, lo quite un día antes del frízer, para que se descongele despacio sin el calor del sol, para luego también condimentarlo bien y luego lo prepare también en el asador, al que de a poco le iba agregando con la salmuera rociándolo para que quede perfecto, lo cual quedo una ves cocinado.

Bueno amigos como verán y como siempre lo digo, si todo lo que hacemos, lo hacemos con mucho amor y perseverancia sale muy bien, como en este caso, en la boda de oro de mis vecinos, la cual salió todo muy bien y todos contentos.

The lamb as seen in the photo, quite large, so having it as we see it I began to season it well, so I made cuts, as if it were larded, placing in each cut, a little garlic mixed with parsley and a little turmeric and for the issue of salt, I did the following, I took a bottle of soda, rinsed it well, added water, vinegar, salt and chopped garlic, I shook it several times to mix it well, then as it was cooking I added it, making it as if it were an atomizer, then the meat in this way comes out perfect.

The same procedure as the lamb I did with the suckling pig, it was frozen, I removed it a day before from the fryer, so that it thawed slowly without the heat of the sun, and then I also seasoned it well and then I also prepared it on the grill, to which I added the brine little by little, sprinkling it to make it perfect, which was once it was cooked.

Well friends, as you can see and as I always say, if everything we do, we do it with love and perseverance, it turns out very well, as in this case, in the golden wedding of my neighbors, which went very well and everyone was very happy.
