Hola a todos, la verdad amigos empesar la semana o sea por ser el dia lunes, despues de haber pasado un bello fin de semana, para cambiar el menu lo hice cocinando un sabroso caldo con muchas verduras, carne de res, con ensalada y mandioca hervida, la cual para cocinarla, agrego una olla en la hornalla de la cocina con agua y le agrego dicha mandioca, una ves cocinada la misma, le quito en el agua, la verdad salio bien blanda.

Para cocinar dicho caldo, agrego la olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le agrego un poco de aceite, luego cebolla cortada en julianas, ajo y luego la carne de res -espinazo- cuando esta dicha carne casi cocinada, le agrego mas agua, luego la zanahoria, la papa, poroto manteca, zapallo, verduras, sal a gusto y cebolla de verdeo, una ves bien hervido todo ya esta lista dicha cocmida para degustarla.

La ensalada es muy facil de prepararla , para la misma utilizamos, repollo, lechuga, tomate y cebolla morada, condimentada con limon y sal a gusto.

Hello everyone, to be honest, friends, starting the week—I mean, since it’s Monday—after having a lovely weekend, I changed up the menu by cooking a tasty broth with lots of vegetables, beef, salad, and boiled cassava, which I prepared by putting it in a pot on the stove with water. Once it was cooked, I took it out of the water, and it turned out really tender.

To cook this broth, I place the pot on the stovetop, add a bit of oil, then julienned onion, garlic, and the beef—specifically the spine. Once the meat is almost cooked, I add more water, followed by carrots, potatoes, butter beans, squash, mixed vegetables, salt to taste, and green onions. Once everything has simmered thoroughly, the dish is ready to enjoy.

The salad is very easy to prepare; for it, we use cabbage, lettuce, tomato, and red onion, seasoned with lemon juice and salt to taste.
