Asado al horno de cerdo y pata y muslo de pollo, con ensaladaºººººOven-roasted pork and chicken leg and thigh, with salad

Hola a todos, como se sabe hoy es sabado o sea fin de semana y con la visita de mis nietas, a las que les agrada el asado del abuelo, pero con la diferencia de que esta ves lo cocine al horno, es mas facil y mas rapido, siendo el mismo de costilla de cerdo y tambien pata y muslo de pollo, siendo acompañado con ensalada rusa, de papa, zanahoria, huevo y arveja, para luego agregarle tambien mayonesa.

Como se puede ver en la fotografia amigos, la misma la quite luego de haber servido a cada una de mis nietas, porque no pueden esperar jajaja, bueno lo que pasa el abuela cocina muy sabroso.

Mientras se cocinaba la carne en el horno, corte la papa en daditos, zanahoria y los lleve en la olla con agua, tambien le agregue el huevo, cuando se hablando todo y el huevo quedo bien, apague y le quite el agua y a los huevos les quite la cascara, los corte en trozos pequeños, los cuales los mescle con la zanahoria, la papa y la arveja, para despues agregarle mayonesa y sal a gusto.

Asi de esta manera, la verdad que salio todo excelente y por supuesto no quedo nada jajaja.

Hello everyone, as you know today is Saturday, which means it's the weekend and my granddaughters are visiting. They enjoy grandpa's barbecue, but this time I cooked it in the oven, it's easier and faster. It's the same pork ribs and also chicken leg and thigh, accompanied by Russian salad, with potato, carrot, egg, and pea, and then I also added mayonnaise.

As you can see in the photograph, friends, I took it after serving each of my granddaughters, because they can't wait, haha, well, what happens is that grandma cooks very deliciously.

While the meat was cooking in the oven, I diced the potato and carrot and put them in a pot with water. I also added the egg. When everything was cooked and the egg was done, I turned it off and drained the water. I peeled the eggs, cut them into small pieces, and mixed them with the carrot, potato, and peas, then added mayonnaise and salt to taste.

In this way, everything turned out excellent and of course, there was nothing left, haha.
