Hola a todos, espero tengan un excelente día, mas cuando se trata de fin de semana en donde se reúnen toda la familia, para disfrutar todos juntos, también como en este caso tener una escusa, como todos sabemos siempre pedimos lo mas importante de la vida, que seria, salud, trabajo y en lo posible y en la medida que se pueda un buen pasar, teniendo en cuenta la situación que esta viviendo a nivel global, que la verdad lo comparo como un barco a la deriva, pero ojala que no encalle nunca, porque agua hay en abundancia (la esperanza) de que eso no pasara, por supuesto siempre y cuando exista la unión, que es l base principal, para que todo surja y salga adelante, entonces de una u otra forma hay que disfrutar de un exquisito asado y en familia, consistiendo el mismo en, medio costillar de carne de res cortado en tiras como se ve en la foto, los cuales se están cocinando a la estaca, con fuego a leños y muy lentamente.

Como se puede ver, dichos leños son grandes, eso hace que cuando los mismos se prendan fuego, despidan mas temperatura, tanto con las llamas como cuando se hacen las brasas, el detalle esta amigos que cuando se acaba el fuego, quedando las cenizas, es cuando ya esta cocinada dicha carne, como se ve en la foto y por supuesto los chorizo que son caseros de carne de res y de carne de cerdo, los cuales tome las roscas enteras, le pase la espada y también los arrime al fuego, cocinándose como vemos en la foto.

De esa manera vamos a compartir todos juntos, un asado en familia, lo cual como dije es lo mas grande que existe, que es la unión de la misma y que esos momentos quedan gravados y suspendidos en el tiempo.

As you can see, these logs are large, that makes that when they are set on fire, they give off more temperature, both with the flames and when the embers are made, the detail is friends that when the fire is over, leaving the ashes, is when the meat is already cooked, as seen in the photo and of course the chorizo that are homemade beef and pork, which take the whole donuts, pass the sword and also drag them to the fire, cooking as we see in the photo.

In this way we will share all together, a family barbecue, which as I said is the greatest thing that exists, which is the union of the same and that these moments are recorded and suspended in time.
