¡Saludos, amigos de Actifict! Espero que estén súper bien. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algo especial: ¡nuestro primer reporte oficial! Y qué mejor manera de comenzar que con una jornada de entrenamiento enfocada en una de las habilidades más exigentes y desafiantes del Street Workout: el front lever.

Para quienes no lo conocen, el front lever es un movimiento que requiere muchísima fuerza, control y dedicación. No es nada fácil, pero cuando se entrena en equipo todo cambia. La energía que se siente cuando estás rodeado de personas con las mismas ganas de superarse es increíble. Cada quien aporta su vibra, su experiencia y hasta sus palabras de aliento. Eso hace que uno quiera dar más, esforzarse más y hasta lograr cosas que no creía posibles.

Entrenar en compañía es, sin duda, una de las mejores terapias que existen. No solo te ayuda a progresar físicamente, sino que también fortalece la mente y el espíritu. Ver cómo cada uno va mejorando poco a poco, cómo se celebra cada logro, por pequeño que sea, es algo que te llena el corazón de motivación. Y es que cuando estamos juntos, el progreso no se siente como una carga, sino como una aventura compartida.

A veces uno entrena solo y sí, se puede avanzar, claro que sí. Pero cuando estás con un equipo, con personas que te inspiran y te empujan a ser mejor, todo toma otro sentido. Se crea una conexión, una especie de hermandad que hace que uno se sienta parte de algo más grande.

Así que este primer reporte es solo el comienzo. Vienen muchos más momentos como este, llenos de esfuerzo, compañerismo y evolución. ¡Un gran saludo para todos y que las bendiciones sigan fluyendo para cada uno de ustedes!

Greetings, friends of Actifict! I hope you are doing great. Today I want to share with you something special: our first official report! And what better way to start than with a training day focused on one of the most demanding and challenging skills in Street Workout: the front lever.

For those who don't know it, the front lever is a movement that requires a lot of strength, control and dedication. It's not easy, but when you train in a team, everything changes. The energy you feel when you are surrounded by people with the same desire to excel is incredible. Everyone brings their vibe, their experience and even their words of encouragement. That makes you want to give more, try harder and even achieve things you didn't think possible.

Training in company is, without a doubt, one of the best therapies there is. Not only does it help you progress physically, but it also strengthens the mind and spirit. Seeing how everyone improves little by little, how each achievement is celebrated, no matter how small, is something that fills your heart with motivation. And when we are together, progress does not feel like a burden, but like a shared adventure.

Sometimes you train alone and yes, you can make progress, of course you can. But when you are with a team, with people who inspire you and push you to be better, everything takes on a different meaning. You create a connection, a kind of brotherhood that makes you feel part of something bigger.

So this first report is just the beginning. There are many more moments like this to come, full of effort, fellowship and evolution. A big hello to all of you and may the blessings keep flowing for each of you!
