pizza has got to be one of y favourite foods! I love Italian cooking and I have such a passion for flavours. A good pizza can be made without any toppings (a margarita) and still be absolutely amazing. The dough is very important. You don't want it to be very chewy (ordinary bread dough will most likely do this. Sour dough works extremely well though! Check out @fermentedphill 's recipes).

When I worked in an Italian restaurant they made their own, which meant a lot of kneading and letting the dough rest. I was only a waitress, but I loved it when the kitchen staff made time to teach me how to do this from scratch.

The next trick is the sauce, a mixture of Italian tinned and chopped Rosa tomatoes tomatoes and tomato paste. The right herbs are also key, like oregano and basil.

The final secret is the cheese! You want that stringy effect that makes melted cheese amazing, but you also want flavour, so I recommend combining grated cheddar and mozzarella.

There you have it! A pizza from heaven! a wood fired oven gives the best results in terms of flavour, but you can achiee pretty great resukts with an ordinary oven.

Then, if you really want to, you can add whatever toppings you like (JUST NOT PINEAPPLE OR BANANA PLEAE GOD ITS NOT A FRUIT SALAD 😂

Cheese, salami and other meats, mushrooms, spicy sauces and spices.

Nowadays mostly these are my favorites pizzas.

I remember trying (eating) pizza with pineapple topping too (a few years ago), but as I currently remember, I have not tried banana pizza topping so far.

Either way, there are many kinds of pizza flavors. I have not tried many kinds of pizza flavors yet.

Nowadays I do not eat pizza often, but sometimes good to try new pizza flavors. Especially if its a homemade oven baked pizza.
