En las costas peruanas, el Océano pacífico brinda una gran variedad de sabores frescos y texturas deliciosas, en este platillo muy común en el paladar del limeño podemos explorar diferentes sabores y texturas, toda una explosión de sabor y tradición que comienza muy temprano en la mañana con el arduo trabajo de los pescadores.
Un trio marino consiste en la unión de arroz de mariscos, chicharron que puede ser de pota, pescado o como en este caso de pulpo, y ceviche de pescado. Exploremos una por una estas delicias...

Para muchos en latinoamerica es difícil contemplar un plato fuerte sin arróz, sin embargo en este caso el arroz es un suave complemento de todo el platillo, se prepara con un método específico, primero se hace el arróz blanco solo, posteriormente se mezcla con varios frutos del mar y especias en un sartén grande donde se saltea todo por varios minutos.
Sólo así se consigue el verdadero sabor!

Complementa este platillo hermosamente, equilibrando las texturas y añadiendo ese "crunch" típico de los snacks. Junto con el maiz inflado son el toque que integra todo.

Si ha de haber un protagonista en este plato, definitivamente es el ceviche. El ceviche es un plato muy popular en la costa peruana, refrescante y ligero destaca por su combinación de sabores y su preparación de dificultad intermedia! Donde cada detalle es importante, desde el grosor de los cuadros de pescado hasta el tipo de limón usado para su preparación, el orden de los ingredientes sí altera el resultado final así que es una preparación qu levanta muchas pasiones.
El picante es infaltable, en su presentación de "ají rocoto" que es un ají bastante picante, sin embargo aquellos que no nos encanta el picante no debemos sentir miedo, puesto es sólo para añadir el gusto y sabor típicos del plato. No es exagerado, quiero decir. Sobresale mucho más el delicioso sabor del pescado, las especias y el limón.

Por ejemplo en este de la izquierda vemos que tiene cangrejo y causa, luego luego podemos hablar de la causa, un plato que se presenta de manera de manera muy vistosa y es muy rico, de papa con atún. Luego hablamos más profundamente de La Causa Limeña.
