chilly rainy evening

~

a nice rainy and windy evening watching a good anime and enjoy my selfmade meal with specific chosen ingredients.

now i will present you whats under the glass lid:

in germany its called "Kaiserschmarn".
but i did it a little bit different:
I used
2 eggs
filtered water
milk from a random village
and buckwheat flour instead of wheat flour

so working with the dough was a little bit different thats because i cannot tell you how many milk and water i used.
i have just experienced it for myself

and my "Kaiserschmarn" was the flour with less water than that what you can see in the next picture

I deciced to use more water and milk and here you can better see the pancake structure :D the dough didnt crumble that much as the one before

and then i decided to not only cook pancakes and "Kaiserschmarn" in the pan. I just put the more liquid dough in a sandwich maker :D and mhhh i like both variants in the pan and also in the sandwich maker. but the "Kaiserschmarn" should also get more water in the next time ^^
and also the sandwich maker isnt that powerful so it took 30 minutes for just 1 pancake

but daaamn the Kaiserschmarn was really fucking good with that not industrial produced honey and cinnamon ^-^
it tastes a little bit like apple puree.

the sandwich maker pancake was also niceee cruspy. but i only use ghee instead of other (seed) oils !

my homemade kombucha out of green and black tea, sugar and the scoby ~

a healthier variant of lemonade and also wine depends on how you cultivate the scoby by choosing different ingredients for example honey for champagner
it ferments just by a little amount of ingredients and also you know which there are in und can choose where you can get those ingredients from
so it will also taste different in any time
and there is less weird preservatives and flavor enhancer
