Thick Cut Grilled Lamb

I'm not someone who generally eats a lot of limb and for that matter I don't grill a lot but I'm learning both. The grilling is challenging but I haven't really ruined anything yet but I get very nervous.

The thick cut lamb was appealing because I don't usually find it in the store this way. It made for easy grilling because it wouldn't burn. The taste was fantastic and I can see now why lamb is so popular.
