Simple But So Detailed Tostada
Today someone in the office decided to cook an authentic Tostada. From my perspective I just piled on all the toppings like it was from a restaurant but each ingredient took a lot of time to prepare. The chicken, chili sauce and guac took a few hours. I was astonished at how much detail went into this dish but it was incredible.

Oh, my mouth watering, it’s nice see my dear Tostada, authentic Mexican style. I just finished to prepare sone of my chilli sauce for a costumer tomorrow… i am thinking the same, too much time for every ingredient.
