Sausage Tortellini in Beef Stock

I wanted to post this meal because although seemingly very simple it took a lot of time. It is sausage tortellini in beef stock.

The tortellini is just store bought but the beef stock is about a 6 hour simmer of beef on the bone, carrots, celery, onion and salt. The stock was strained for the soup and it was magnificant.
