My First Attempt At Rosemary Potatoes

I know it seems simple but Rosemary potatoes have been hard for me. I mean easy to make, but not easy to make right.
Here I boiled the potatoes first, then quartered them, tossed them with salt and olive oil, then air fried them.
It was more work than I wanted to do but they were fantastic.
Usually I just quarter the potatoes drip olive oil and garlic on them and back. Not as good and notice that this time I didn't use garlic.
When I have time I will spend a little extra effort and do them this way. Simple, yet time consuming.
