I Was Weak But It Was Worth It

I've been under the weather for the last month doing some medical treatments so I have been learning to cook less and eating out more lol.

My weakness is the pictured sandwich called the French Dip and when I get a good one, I have to brag. The idea of the Sandwich is just roast beef that comes with beef broth for dipping.

That's the basic and many restaurants have their own interpretation with onions, or type of bread or type of cheese.

My favorite is sourdough roll with provolone cheese. I will try one anywhere I go but it has to be great to get its photo on @liketu
