Back with a simple Carbonara

I was out of commission for about a week but came to work and was greeted with a simple carbonara. The simple things are the best but really it wasn't so simple. A lot of care and detail into this dish. It is just pasta, egg, pepper and pecorino cheese. But it must be mixed properly.
