      Ha sido un proceso largo de evolución, donde los cambios no se vieron en primer momento, pero eso no me detuvo y seguí entrenando para seguir mejorando mi condición física, estoy muy contento con los resultados que he obtenido hasta el momento y seguiré entrenando para mejorarlos.

It has been a long process of evolution, where the changes were not seen at first, but that did not stop me and I kept training to continue improving my physical condition, I am very happy with the results I have obtained so far and I will continue training to improve them.
