      Desde que compre la liga, siempre caliento mis articulaciones de hombro y codo con diferentes movimientos para así poder evitar lesiones en estas zonas que son las más delicadas, ya que a la lesión de hombro no hay que tenerle miedo, hay que tenerle respeto.
