      Desde que se hace la hora lo primero que hago es tomar el servicio de creatina, a veces lo hago después de entrenar cuando lo olvido tomar al momento, me visto y me preparo para salir del edificio, desde ahí camino hasta el parque no me queda muy lejos así que no tengo que caminar mucho, luego saludo a mis compañeros de equipo y empiezo a estirar con la liga y a calentar para empezar el entrenamiento.

Since it's time the first thing I do is to take the creatine service, sometimes I do it after training when I forget to take it at the moment, I get dressed and get ready to leave the building, from there I walk to the park it's not too far so I don't have to walk much, then I greet my teammates and start stretching with the garter and warm up to start the training.
