Hola amigos de Hive y Street workout community, soy yo de nuevo @carlossaw. Y hoy les traigo un nuevo post de fotografías de algunos básicos que realice como calentamento antes del chequeo que hice¡Empecemos!!!

Realizamos chequeos los atleta para probar el nivel de los atletas y yo no soy la excepción, fue un calentamiento rápido basado en:
20 pull-ups
20 push-ups
20 squat jumps
20 dips
20 leg raises
*We check the athletes to test the level of the athletes and I am no exception, it was a quick warm-up based on:
- 20 pull-ups
- 20 push-ups
- 20 squat jumps
- 20 dips
- 20 leg raises*
Realice este circuito dos veces antes de empezar los chequeos de los atletas.
Perform this circuit twice before starting the athlete checks.
