Entrenamiento de espalda para resistencia [Esp/Eng]
Hola amigos de Hive y Street workout community, soy yo de nuevo @carlossaw. Y hoy les traigo un nuevo post de fotografías de mi entrenamiento de espalda con mi compañero y amigo @thony-d ¡Empecemos!!!
Hello friends of Hive and Street workout community, it's me again @carlossaw. And today I bring you a new post of pictures of my back workout with my partner and friend @thony-d Let's start!!!!
Fue un entrenamiento bastante exigente, para poder adquirir fuerza y resistencia en la transición de muscle-up a pull-up y viceversa.
It was quite a demanding workout, in order to gain strength and endurance in the transition from muscle-up to pull-up and vice versa.
El entrenamiento consistió en:
4x10 pull-ups
4x5 muscle-ups con 10 pull-ups
4x12 pull-ups con max reps de muscle-ups
4x maximas reps en 1 muscle-up y 1 pull-up
4x5 muscle-ups
4x10 pull-ups con lastre
4x10 chin-ups
The workout consisted of:
4x10 pull-ups
4x5 muscle-ups with 10 pull-ups
4x12 pull-ups with max reps of muscle-ups
4x max reps in 1 muscle-up and 1 pull-up
4x5 muscle-ups
4x10 pull-ups with weights
4x10 chin-ups
Fue un entrenamiento agotador donde era más el dolor en las manos que la fatiga en sí, que me impedía seguir entrenando.
All this can be done in two or three sets, in my case I did it three times with some colleagues who were able to resist with me this hard training.
