It's a hassle. There will be a place where we have to find banana leaves to make a krathong and then we have to sew the krathong in order to put the meat wrapped in it and steam it. The difficulty will be here where we find the banana leaves to sew the krathong. The ingredients for making seafood buns, or another way to call it, is seafood. This can be called 2 things, depending on what we call it. Let's have a look at the ingredients and what this seafood buns will have. Let's go see. Let's go look at the meat section: shrimp, squid, sea bass, mussels. And in our herbal ingredients section, there will be galangal, basil leaves, kaffir lime leaves, red curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, seasoning powder, sugar . Let's take a look at the ingredients and see what our seafood wrappers look like.

The first thing we did was clean the banana leaves. When finished, we cut the banana leaves into circles. Then we sewed the banana leaves into a krathong. Once we finished sewing the krathong, we then came to mix the various ingredients. We've already prepared it, including coconut milk, curry paste, then add fish sauce and seasoning powder. Mix well and then we leave it to marinate for about 10 minutes and then we add eggs. If anyone has duck eggs, add duck eggs. But if you don't have them. You can use chicken eggs instead. In this part, put the eggs in and then we mix again, stir well. Then take all the ingredients that we mixed and scoop them into the Krathong. Make sure that every Krathong is full. Finished. Sprinkle with shredded kaffir lime leaves while mixing. We pick the basil leaves and put them in while we mix the meat, fish, shellfish, and shrimp. We add the basil leaves as well and mix well. Then we scooped it into a krathong and put it on the fire. Then we went to the coconut milk and sprinkled the coconut milk on top of it. We went to the coconut milk until we got it. When we were about halfway through steaming our steamed rice cakes.
