Hello friends, happy day! I hope you are feeling great and that your week is going with the best of spirits. Taking advantage of the fact that today is #Tbt I tell you that a few days ago, to be more specific on the weekend, I had the opportunity to diner at a restaurant that I really like, I feel that their seasoning is amazing especially for burgers, although, this was not the option that I decided for that day.

As you could read in the title, my choice was a sandwich called "Cuban" which caught my attention because of its filling: pickle, smoked turkey ham, smoked sliced pork (although I'm not a big fan of pork), melted mozzarella cheese, aioli sauce and artisan baguette bread. Of course, it came with french fries and house sauce, the combination really read super rich and trusting that I knew their seasoning I decided to order, had a value of $33,900 Colombian pesos (7.99$)

I loved the presentation of the packaging, I consider that this also speaks very well of a restaurant, the sandwich came in a box with the name of the place and also, the boxes came in a paper bag with the same logo and name as the box. On the other hand, the sandwich was super tasty, the taste and texture of the pickle I loved, they were quite fresh; although I'm not a pork lover I must say that it was super soft and combined perfectly with the aioli sauce, the chips had a touch of paprika and with the perfect crunch so 10/10.

In the end, I couldn't finish the whole sandwich as I felt it was quite big and I got full very fast, but without a doubt I was enrolled once again with the place, they cook super rich and I like that they take into account every detail for the presentation of a dish either on site or delivery, as it was on this occasion. Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que su semana esté transcurriendo con el mejor de los ánimos. Aprovechando que hoy es jueves de #Tbt les cuento que hace unos días, para ser más específica el fin de semana, tuve la oportunidad de cenar comida de un restaurante que me gusta mucho, siento que su sazón es increíble sobre todo para las hamburguesas, aunque, está no fue la opción por la que me decidí ese día.

Como pudieron leer en el título, mi opción fue un sándwich llamado “Cuban” el cual me llamó mucho la atención por su relleno ya que traía pepinillo, jamón de pavo ahumado, cerdo ahumado tajado (aunque no soy muy fan del cerdo) queso mozzarella fundido, salsa alioli y pan baguette artesanal. Por supuesto, venía acompañado con papas a la francesa y salsa de la casa, realmente la combinación se leía super rica y confiando en que conocía su sazón decidí ordenar, tuvo un valor de $33.900 pesos Colombianos (7.99 Dólares)

La presentación del empaque me encantó, considero que esto también habla muy bien de un restaurante, el sándwich venía en una caja con el nombre del lugar y además, las cajas venían dentro de una bolsa de papel con el mismo logo y nombre que la caja. Por otro lado, el sándwich estaba super rico, el sabor y textura del pepinillo me encantó, estaban bastante frescos; aunque no soy muy amante al cerdo debo decir que estaba super suave y combinaba perfecto con la salsa alioli, las papitas tenían un toque de paprika y con el crocante perfecto así que 10/10.

Al final, no pude terminar todo el sándwich ya que sentí era bastante grande y me llené muy rápido, pero sin duda quedé matriculada una vez más con el lugar, cocinan super rico y me gusta que tienen en cuenta cada detalle para la presentación de un platillo ya sea en el lugar o delivery, como lo fue en esta ocasión.
