Choobi Choobi (SM City Cebu)

Good evening guys! How is your Thursday so far? It has been a rainy day here in Cebu. I just want to share our dinner for today, We decided to eat in one of the famous restaurants here in Cebu named Choobi Choobi. They have a lot of branches and we ate in Sm City Cebu branch. It is our first time eating here and it was very worth it.

We ordered three dishes, including steamed Pampano fish, also one of my partner's favorite dishes. Although ginger and soy sauce are the primary seasonings in this delicate steamed pompano recipe, you'll discover that they don't at all dominate the fish. Instead, the ginger-soy mixture enhances and highlights the fresh, mellow flavor of the pompano, creating a light but satisfying dish that is best eaten with hot rice!

We also ordered chop sue which is my favorite. Chop Suey is a dish made of stir-fried vegetables and meats like chicken and pork. Seafood and shrimp can also be included. The nearly complete ingredient list makes this chop suey dish unique. The dish also called for fresh vegetables, chicken, pork, shrimp, and cooked quail eggs.

The last dish that we ordered is pork Lechon kawali, Please serve a cup of rice and a lechon kawali! When I was in high school, I would typically order this at least once a week. One of the better versions of this dish is served in our school cafeteria. The pork is tastiest when it has just been taken out of the pot. It is quite hot and crispy.

We waited for the food to be served for around 20 minutes since there are customers who were first in the queue before us. The theme of their place is red and white which is amazingly perfect too.

Finally, after 25 minutes the food was served, and ate it together with garlic fried rice and this fresh fruit juice which I forgot the name of. lol. The food is amazing and is very worth it for its price. We only spent like 25 USD for this which is already cheap for this food.
