Cafe Malaya in Alcoy, Cebu

Good evening guys! How is everybody on this beautiful platform? I hope that you are doing fine. I just want to share this beautiful Cafe in our place. The name of the place is Cafe Malaya and was founded by a YouTuber named Malaya Macaraeg. You might see her back on GMA seven as well since she hosted a few shows there.

This is the first Cafe in our Brgy and is what the people in our place needed. A place to unwind and eat and at the same time take a beautiful with it.

We visited there a while back and I just posted it today since I've been a bit busy these past few days. So we decided to go there to have our lunch and the good thing is that they all have the menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We ordered this Chicken Tunkatso with rice, cheesy nachos, and Iced Caramel Macchiato. Chicken Katsu is a panko- or breadcrumb-coated Japanese fried chicken cutlet. Tonkatsu or katsu sauce is served with chicken katsu. Better than Japanese takeout, this recipe! Katsu is essentially just a dish of breaded and fried beef cutlets in Japanese cuisine. Tonkatsu, or Japanese fried pork cutlet, is the most well-known katsu dish. There is chicken katsu, or Japanese fried chicken cutlet, for those who prefer chicken. Tonkatsu sauce, also known as katsu sauce, is typically served with katsu, and it goes incredibly well with fried pork.

A straightforward Mexican-inspired cuisine called "Cheesy Nachos" is made using nacho chips and a hot cheese sauce that is generously topped with jalapenos, black olives, tomatoes, and red beans.

A caramel macchiato is a delicious iced coffee treat that you may purchase at your local coffee shop, but you can prepare it at home quickly and inexpensively. Only four basic ingredients are required (plus ice). You can also experiment with making your caramel sauce and vanilla syrup if you like. For an even simpler recipe, use instant espresso.

I ate there together with my partner and it was all worth it. Their prices are not that expensive and very affordable. The place is so welcoming as well. They also have free wifi and the service is fast and their staff is very approachable.
