Hanging rice in the philippines

This is what it looks like after my cousin made a heart of the leaf from the coconut leaf. They made a plenty of hanging rice and cook it in a big pot afterwards.

After he made a heart shape of the leaves he begins to pour the rice inside of the leaves and ready to cook afterwards.

This is what it looks like after they put the rice inside of the leaves . They tied to each other before we cook the rice in a big pot.

This is the finished product after cooking the rice in the pot. You can see the rice in every hole of the leaves.

We put in a big vesin after we cook the rice and let it cool for few minutes.

We help to each other just to finished immediately.

My cousin cooked it using a fire wood outside their house.
