Deliciosa carne a la parilla [ ESP-ENG]

¡Hola queridos amigos! espero estén bien; de mi parte feliz porque a través de mis fotografías verán esta deliciosa carne a la parrilla; todo inicio con una invitación a casa de mi hermano para almorzar y pasarla bien como siempre lo hacemos cuando nos reunimos por algún motivo; chicos cuando llegue la carne recién sacada del fuego; comenzaron a picarla; uuufff la carne estaba sabrosa y blanda; pienso que un tip seria ponerla a marinar horas y después ponerla a cocinar, agarra sabor; y por eso queda delicioso.

El otro contorno fue un picadillo; todo tipo de aliño, picados lo mas pequeño posible, con vinagre, limón, aceite, sal al gusto; eso me encanto echarlo a la carne y yuca; que sabroso estuvo.

La ensalada pues muy sabrosa con zanahoria rayada, repollo,papa, mayonesa; sabrosa. Aquí en este asado de carne todo iba estando mas sabroso que otro contorno; almorzamos delicioso y tuvimos un compartir lleno de risas y amena conversación; yo necesitaba un momento así para drenar tanta información en mi cerebro esta semana. The other contorno was a picadillo; all kinds of seasoning, chopped as small as possible, with vinegar, lemon, oil, salt to taste; I loved adding that to the meat and yucca; how tasty it was.

The salad was very tasty with shredded carrot, cabbage, potato, mayonnaise; tasty. Here in this meat roast everything was more tasty than any other contour; we had a delicious lunch and a sharing full of laughter and pleasant conversation; I needed a moment like this to drain so much information from my brain this week.
