10k chore steps. My Actifit Report Card: March 1 2026

Oh what beautiful mornings! I love it when the sun shines like that. Everything is even more beautiful. The air is crisp and clear in the morning, a slight breeze delivers the scent of dew covered vegetation to my welcoming nose.

Life is good. I went to the market, got all we needed for breakfast. Ellie wanted to make Cevichocho, her style. It's a traditional dish here, based on the hyper nutritious and delicious lupine beans. She rarely cooks or prepares food, so I had to take advantage of that offer. She did a great job.

I worked the most part of the rest of the day. Inventory and orders. Had to reinstall the private WhatsApp on the business phone as we couldn't use the broadcast anymore without paying 18$ per message. A little steep for Ecuador. But as a Meta shareholder, I'm all for it. There are other ways...

Like building a tool that automatically sends those messages. Shouldn't be too hard. Maybe I can find someone to vibe code it. No idea what that means, but it seems to be a thing.

We went to a friend's place in the afternoon. When I went home, I was at 9k steps, so I decided to walk around a little to get the 10k. Later I realized that I had forgotten to do shopping for the school tomorrow. That added another 2k steps. That's fine. That's why we're doing this, isn't it?

Have a good night everyone! O most certainly will. I'm tired. But I have to wait until the room cools down a little. All that sun has heated it up quite a bit...
