RE: Earthquakes and more Earthquakes!

When we’re afraid of something, at least in my case, it’s time that reassures us that everything is fine and that what we were afraid of was just in our heads, and that’s how we relax. But here, the fear is well-founded, and it will be a long time before our minds tell us: ‘Everything’s fine.’ The whole area is now at risk of future earthquakes, and it’s not a bad thing to be cautious.

I’m absolutely delighted to see how they’re repairing the façades of certain buildings. That will take time too, and walking through the streets will become safer and safer, but as I say, that fear may still be there, and that’s normal. I heard about the earthquake in Colombia the very moment it was happening because I was actually talking to someone from Venezuela at that very moment. I truly hope, from the bottom of my heart, that it never happens again. A big hug, Jesús!🤗

Cuando tenemos miedo a algo, por lo menos en mi caso, es el tiempo el que nos dice que todo está bien y que aquello a lo que le teníamos miedo es de nuestra invención y es así como nos relajamos. Pero aquí el miedo tiene fundamento y pasará mucho tiempo antes de que la mente diga: todo está bien. Toda esa zona ahora es una zona de posibles terremotos futuros y no está mal ser precavidos.

Me alegra muchísimo ver como están arreglando las fachadas de determinadas edificaciones. Eso también llevará su tiempo y el caminar por las calles será cada vez más seguro pero como te digo, ese temor puede estar ahí presente y eso es normal. Supe del terremoto de Colombia en el mismo momento que estaba ocurriendo porque justamente hablaba con alguien de Venezuela en ese momento. Mi deseo es que no vuelva a ocurrir, de corazón.
