I've always love food, so one of my main test in diet is controlling myself from over eating. Maybe at first it was a hard thing, but eventually it became normal when it became a daily habit. I am grateful that up to now I feel quite good health and mentally because of a healthy diet too.

But, now, I have other thing to do in the kitchen when I can't eat the food I want. For example, I really want to make something, in large quantities, so I know where the food will be delivered, because it turns out our Chayra really likes food.

I don't know why, Chayra has a high sense of knowledge about food, for example if I'm eating at the dining table, then she will ask me to climb up on the chair and want to come eat with us. Really, Chayra can't control her taste for food. Many people complain about having children who have difficulty eating, and are even willing to buy lots of vitamins to increase their appetite. For Chayra, that's not necessary.

Chayra Dinner With Butter Sauteed Shrimp


One day I asked her mother, does Chayra like shrimp? I thought all children would like shrimp, but many are allergic to this type of seafood. Same, I'm also slightly allergic to shrimp, but it's not that bad. For example, I can still tolerate eating 2 medium sized shrimp, otherwise my skin will probably feel itchy and burn.

In contrast to Chayra, he really likes it, he can even finish a portion of shrimp with great gusto. So, I intend to make him dinner using shrimp. Wait, this could be your inspiration to make food for your child at home, provided that the child tolerates sea prawns.


Garlic Butter Sauteed Shrimp
The Recipe


Making Chayra dinner this time is quite simple, the ingredients are also quite simple, but I think this can only be used for shrimp, because there is no other seafood texture that is similar to shrimp. Once I tried making it with squid, but failed because it didn't taste good, oh maybe I should try with squid fried in flour and stir-fried with this recipe.

I call it: “Garlic Butter Sautéed Shrimp”

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr shrimp
  • 75 gr butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 leeks
  • Pinch of salt and sugar

How to make Garlic Butter Sauteed Shrimp:

  • Clean the shrimp first, wash them clean of dirt, then drain them and wipe them with dry tissue. Rub in a little salt and prepare other ingredients such as:
  • Chop the garlic, the more the better, because the fragrance of the garlic will make the taste more delicious, then chop the leeks according to taste.

  • Take 2 tablespoons of butter, then heat it in a wokpan, while adding the garlic that has been chopped first. After that, add the prepared prawns along with the leeks.

  • Add salt and sugar, taste, don't add too much salt because the butter I use already has a salt taste.
