Easy potatoes and cauliflower

I said I will make a recipe photo post and here it goes.
This is very easy to make and it doesn't require a lot of skill or knowledge at all. Besides the cheese, which you may or may not use, everything else is plant-based.
Wash and cut potatoes in halves, and then cook them in a peel for about 30 minutes on moderate heat.
When they are done, remove the peel and season them with Himalayan salt, olive oil, and grated cheese.
Cook cauliflower until soft.
Cut onions and leaks and fry them until soft on olive oil, add boiled cauliflower, carob and hemp flour and stir fry for a few minutes to get a nice consistency.
Season with whatever you like afterwards.
Add cream cheese as a condiment.
