Enjoying Sugarcane Juice During The Walk My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2025

Assalam o Alaikum and hello to my #actifit community. How are you, friends? I hope you are well and I am also well. Today I woke up in the morning and saw that the heat was increasing day by day. Today was also a hot day, but a light breeze was blowing.
After that, I had breakfast and I used yogurt for breakfast because yogurt is a very good for the stomach.I usually eat yogurt for breakfast because it also boosts metabolism and keeps the stomach healthy.

After that, I spent some time with my children and kept busy playing games with them. After that, I got ready for the office and went to the office where I completed my office work and then returned home.As soon as I returned home from office, it was still hot outside, so I rested at home for a while and went outside as evening fell.

I reached a park where I walked and spent an hour to enjoy the peaceful environment.I saw that there were beautiful roses blooming in one place in the park which looked very beautiful and were captivating my heart. I also saw a pomegranate tree where small pomegranates were still growing and it looked very beautiful.

I saw birds sitting on the trees and chirping, which was very beautiful. As darkness fell, I returned home.

When I reached home, it was dark everywhere and I was very hungry, so I quickly ate dinner and spent some time at home talking with the children.

After that, I took my children with me and went out on foot where we drank sugarcane juice and enjoyed it very much because the sugarcane juice was very sweet and very delicious.Many people drink sugarcane juice in the summer and it is very beneficial for health. Sugarcane juice is very useful in jaundice.

Sugarcane juice is very popular in the summer and many people have set up stalls on the roadside to sell the juice of sugarcane.The price of a small glass is 50 rupees and a large glass is 70 rupees.

We walked a little further and saw that there was a DC fan stand where a seller was selling DC fans.Due to electricity load shedding in summer, people tend to switch to DC fans, which greatly increases their sales.
When I asked the fan seller about their prices, the big fan cost 11,000 rupees, the small fan, which also had a rechargeable, cost 7,000 rupees, and the small fans, which only ran on a DC current, cost only 2,500 rupees.

In this way, my children were walking along the road and a cool breeze was blowing, which was making us very happy.We also saw some sheeps sitting on the road side, my sons were very happy to see these sheeps because the sacrifice is near and people set up stalls on the side of the road to sell their animals.

As we moved forward a little, we saw that there was a stall selling T-shirts and trousers and a salesman was selling T-shirts and trousers, which were available at a reasonable price. I asked the price of the T-shirt and he told me 550 rupees, while the price of the trousers was 650 rupees.

After that we returned home and my children were very happy because we enjoyed the cool air a lot and after returning home we were feeling completely relax.I walk every day because walking is very good for health and I go out for a walk every evening and I enjoy the walk. Today i walked more than 8k steps.Thanks my dear #hivers.
