Bridal veil mushroom in my backyard

If I had known before I would have prepared a delicious dish with this delicacy of the gods.

The bridal veil mushroom is a very strange mushroom, in general terms it is not one of those common mushrooms that we usually see in our garden. The photos I took correspond to its final stage of life where its gleba, which is the part similar to the end of the male glans has many spores, this part begins to decompose through a kind of slimy liquid whose smell is similar to rotten meat, attracting flies that will feed and carry the new spores to other places so that the fungus can continue its life.

It is particular that the flies that appear in the photograph are also different from the flies that we can see in the homes, they were of red color. If in your country there are flies of this type and they are common do not forget to comment and thus be able to advance in my investigation.

In China this mushroom is considered an aphrodisiac due to its vasodilator effects, they call it nature's Viagra and it is commonly prepared in gourmet dishes in Japan.

I have to add that I will not prepare any type of food because what I found on the internet is that when the gleba is foul smelling it is no longer fit for human consumption.
