Hey everyone! The other day we had to run some errands on the east side of the city, and obviously, the mandatory stop is Las Trinitarias mall. After all that walking, there was only one mission: eat! 🤤
We went to the food court, and as usual, we couldn't decide what to get. We were a group of indecisive people, so we ended up with the most random combination in the world: Salchipapas (Sausage and Fries) and Sushi.
The first round was the salchipapa. We needed to recharge with something heavy-duty. We ordered it with chorizo (sausage), and the serving was massive! It came out to $8!
I have to tell you, these are some of the most delicious salchipapas I've ever eaten. The chorizo gave it that smoky, slightly spicy kick, and the fries were perfect. A total flavor bomb!
And to balance it out, we went for our usual classic: Sushi Express.
If you haven't tried it, go! They have the best quality-to-price ratio sushi in Barquisimeto. We ordered our tray of 15 rolls, which goes for €6. It’s my absolute favorite because they are fresh and the rice is always perfect.

Hola a todos! El otro día nos tocó hacer diligencias por el este y, obvio, la parada obligatoria es Las Trinitarias. Después de tanto caminar, la misión era una sola: ¡comer! 🤤
Fuimos a la feria de comida y, como siempre, no sabíamos qué elegir. Éramos un grupo de indecisas, así que terminamos con la combinación más random del mundo: Salchipapas y Sushi.
El primer round fue la salchipapa. Teníamos que recargar energías con algo potente. La pedimos con chorizo, y la porción era brutal, ¡salió en $8!
Tengo que decirles que son unas de las salchipapas más deliciosas que he comido. El chorizo le daba ese toque ahumado y picantito, y las papas estaban en su punto. ¡Una bomba de sabor!

Y para equilibrar, nos fuimos por nuestro clásico de siempre: Sushi Express.
Si no lo han probado, ¡vayan! Tienen el mejor sushi calidad-precio de Barquisimeto. Pedimos nuestra bandeja de 15 rolls que sale en €6. Es mi favorito absoluto porque son frescos y siempre tienen el arroz perfecto.
