Celebrar el día del amor y la amistad ha variado tanto el contexto hoy en día, que ya no sólo se trata de la cena o el detalle entre los enamorados, o el intercambio de regalos entre amigos… la fecha se presta para darle vida a todo lo que se desarrolle ese día, desde el café que tomamos al levantarnos usando la taza con motivos del amor, la comida especial que nos obsequiamos ese día, hasta las diversas actividades con el tema de la amistad como fondo.

Por eso mis animadas compañeras de entrenamiento, crearon un día de ejercitar basado en el amor y la amistad, y entre intercambio de chucherías, brindis, y poses románticas, la hora de entrenar pasó volando. Celebrating Valentine's Day has changed so much these days that it's no longer just about dinner or a small gift between lovers, or exchanging presents among friends… the date lends itself to bringing life to everything that happens that day, from the coffee we drink in our love-themed mugs when we wake up, to the special meal we treat ourselves to, to the various activities with friendship as the theme.
