Primary training called Special Education Needs and Disabilities.

I live in Bangladesh and I am a government employee of my country. I love my profession very much and the profession I am in is called teaching profession. I am a government teacher in a government primary school. As teachers, after being in the teaching profession for a long time, we are sometimes trained to teach students better and apply new techniques and rules. Just like a training that I have done for last 5 days and this training is called Special Education Needs and Disabilities training. This training is usually conducted by two trainers and there are a total of 30 trainees in this training. All of us teachers took this training very well and I really liked this training. Because through this training we have gained a lot of knowledge.

We as teachers sometimes undertake various trainings to enhance our professional skills. The training I have received is how to make school oriented students who cannot come to school at our school level and how to make school oriented students who are handicapped, poor, street children and physically and mentally challenged and how to educate them properly. Goes to gain knowledge in that regard. We who are trainees undergo this training every day from 8 am to 5 pm and today we are given the certificate after completing the training. I learned through this training how to guide any disabled, poor or street child to school. The training has a lot of discussion on how to bring students who can't come to school and are deprived of education using different strategies to bring them into school or out of school which I really liked.

My training was very enjoyable and fun. We all colleagues divided into some groups and did a very nice team work that we can implement in the school. The primary teacher of any child is the child's mother and the secondary teacher is his primary school and the teacher of the school where the child is studying. Our Government of Bangladesh provides us with various information on how to teach primary school children well through our Ministry of Primary and Mass Education. All the activities I have done in this training are for primary school children only. This training discusses how different types of children can study well. I have taken this training as a professional teacher and I will be teaching children in my school through this training. Every child in the world can be placed at a higher level later on by receiving proper education in his early stages. Therefore, not only Bangladesh but every country in the world should give proper education to the children by providing various training to the teachers of that country, so that the children can do good things in the future. The children of a country are the future assets that develop and continue the development trend for the country. That is why it is said that education is the backbone of a nation and the more educated the nation is, the more developed the country is. And this is only possible through proper education.
