Yes! In our village, dal chawl is eaten very fondly and the visiting guests also demand to feed them dal chawl.
However, it is not only our village but it is the famous dish of our whole Pakistan and its preparation.
The method is even simpler than that, so let's get started.
(First of all)
Today I want to tell you the recipe of dal chawl in village way.
First of all you have to take big wood and a big pan,
wood to light the fire and big pan to make rice, as the elders say, no son,
small thinking and small pan do nothing, this should always be kept in mind.

(How to make Dal:).........................................................................................................................................
Heat oil or ghee in a large pan, add finely chopped onions, cumin seeds and jaggery and fry till it turns brown and not coal black.
Then you add all the spices in it, tomato, chilli, salt, turmeric, garlic and fry well.
Till the ghee separates, then add the soaked dal, add water as required and cover and simmer for 30 minutes,
your dal will be ready.
(Easy way to make rice:).........................................
Just like you took a big pan for making dal, take a big pan for making dal too,
remember to soak the Baspati rice in water for half an hour beforehand,
it gives it a great texture and taste.
First of all,
brown the onion in ghee so that the shape and taste of the rice does not change.
Then lightly sprinkle water in it and keep it on the tail for five minutes.
Add all the spices like tomato, turmeric, salt, hot spices, garlic powder and all the rest and cook it for 5 more minutes.
If you want to add meat or vegetables to it, you can add it all.
But I am making plain rice only,
so I will not add anything extra to it.
After 5 minutes, when the water starts boiling well, add two kilos of water for one kilo of rice and cover it. When it starts to boil well, add the soaked rice and cook on high flame for another ten minutes,
when you feel that the water has dried up, put it on the tail. Our dal rice is ready.
(Final Touch Garnishing)
Put the dal in a nice bowl and sprinkle with green coriander.
In a beautiful tray you can put the rice along with a salad if you want to use it.
Today's simple recipe is completely ready, how do you like my recipe,
please mention it in the comments, I will remember it in prayers.
Good Bye
