This post is inspiring to me. I have also gained weight over the course of last two years and I am not happy with it. I am not obese but the weight gain has brought some complexities. I feel lazier than before.
I wanna know if it is just the walk that helped you reduce this much? Or you have followed some other diet plan too? How long do you walk a day?

on average twice a week I undertake to walk for at least an hour. I'm also not eating practically no carbohydrates such as pasta, bread and potatoes. usually a couple of times a week I eat wholemeal pasta and lots of vegetables
Wowww! It is amazing to lose this much weight so quickly then.
Is it just walking or kinda running that you do?
Just walking, a brisk walk, not a slow one
