They look like structures that were raised some centuries ago but they are still in good shape. Seems like a town full of fine architectural pieces and interesting pieces of history. Assume the people in the buildings are tourists.

Indeed, most are tourists. It's an ancient town, so much so that its layout remains essentially medieval, and its grand mansions are now hotels and restaurants. The owners still make a living from agriculture and livestock farming, resulting in high-quality products. In short: a historical and cultural gem, as they say in the Michelin Guide, worthy of 5 stars. Best regards.
