How does a Mongolian restaurant work? Once the dish is cooked, it's placed in a bowl and served to the guest. Many Mongolian barbecue restaurants offer an all-you-can-eat buffet, allowing guests to help themselves to food from the grill multiple times. This time, there was perhaps a bit too much, but it was very delicious and a nice ambiance.
