The name of this vegetable is Green chilli (Paprika). I am not sure the exact name which is called in English but in my language we call this vegetable is Sabz Mirch. This is the kind of vegetable which has different taste as compared to others.

Do you like to eat this vegetable? The special about this vegetable is that it is very spicy and have a variety of heat levels. Just like other vegetables Chili are not sweet and bitter in taste rather it is much spicy.

The character of this vegetable is that it produces spice taste in flavor. This vegetable is most used in Asian countries such as India and Pakistan. These are the countries that consumes this vegetable the most.

Without this vegetable the dishes that are cooked are incomplete and without a taste. Green Chili is the famous ingredient of every food we cook and eat. I know about English people that they use this spice very less in their foods.

There are many types of chilli such as green chili, Red chili, Yellow chili and many other types. The most used type in my country is green chili which is also cheap in price. Its a stick shape vegetable which has outer skin and a small seeds inside which are the reasons for its spice.

The good thing about Chili is that all of them have different level of heat spice. Some are sweet enough which is normal to eat. While are very spicy which is impossible to eat but are used in small amount in different dishes and cooking.

We use to eat this vegetable adding in our dishes. In almost every dish we use this vegetable which enhances the taste and give spice to the food. Also this vegetable brings a good smell to the dish which makes you like to eat more and more.

Now, lets talk about some of the benefits of this vegetable which surely many people are still not aware about. Some of the main benefits of this vegetable are,
