DΓa 11 de seguir comiendo deliciosas preparaciones para llegar a nuestro peso ideal y conociendo como alimentarme mejor hoy estuvo con un poco decaΓdo para mi por eso verΓ‘n un postre en este dΓa.

Mi Diario de Comida DΓa 10 estuvo asΓ:
π 09:00am Jugo verde π (Chayote, limΓ³n πβπ© y kiwi π₯)
π 10:30pm Desayune huevosπ₯ revueltos con jamΓ³n serrano.
π 01:00pm AlmorcΓ© sopita de huevos π₯ con papa y zanahoria.
π 04:00pm MerendΓ© un helado de yogurt y maracuyΓ‘ con perlas de lyche.
π 06:00pm Cene carne con ensalada de pepinoπ₯, tomate π y aguacate π₯.
El menΓΊ me gusto mucho, siento estuvo todo bien equilibrado, el jugo estaba bastante refrescante, el jamΓ³n serrano me encanta lo amooo β€οΈ, la sopa fue un abrazo a mi alma, el postre endulzo un poco mi dΓa y la cena la carne estaba como me gusta jugosa y la ensalada divina el pepino rallado junto al limΓ³n y los demΓ‘s ingredientes ufff deliciosa.
Cuenten que les pareciΓ³ este dΓa de comidas amigos?
A mi me encanto este menΓΊ de este dΓa estaba delicioso.
TambiΓ©n tome mi citrato de magnesio, vitaminas amigos, me ayudan a conciliar el sueΓ±o y mejorar la digestiΓ³n.

Day 11 of continuing to eat delicious meals to reach our ideal weight and learning how to eat better. Today was a bit down for me, so you'll see a dessert today.
I'm continuing to share my Food Diary with you:
To motivate myself to eat healthy, to stay focused, to be CONSTANT and responsible with my future goal.

My Day 10 Food Diary looked like this:
π 9:00 a.m. Green juice π (Chayote, lemon πβπ©, and kiwi π₯)
π 10:30 p.m. I had scrambled eggs with Serrano ham for breakfast.
π 1:00 pm I had egg soup π₯ with potatoes and carrots for lunch.
π 4:00 pm I had yogurt and passion fruit ice cream with lychee pearls for a snack.
π 6:00 pm I had steak for dinner with a cucumber π₯, tomato π , and avocado π₯ salad.
I really liked the menu; everything felt well-balanced. The juice was quite refreshing, I love the Serrano ham, I love it β€οΈ. The soup was a hug for my soul. The dessert sweetened my day a bit. And for dinner, the steak was just the way I like itβjuicyβand the salad was divine. The grated cucumber, along with the lemon and the other ingredients were delicious.
