Proper nutrition includes the consumption of fresh and natural foods, therefore above all fruit and vegetables. In each season different fruits ripen on the trees with which we can nourish ourselves in a healthy way. Furthermore, there are many varieties of the same fruit. The pear has a conical shape, can be found almost all year round and its flavor is exquisite.

Una corretta alimentazione prevede il consumo di cibi freschi e naturali dunque soprattutto di frutta e verdura. In ogni stagione sugli alberi maturano frutti differenti con i quali possiamo nutrirci in modo sano. Inoltre esistono tante varietà dello stesso frutto. La pera ha una forma conica, si può trovare quasi tutto l’anno e il suo sapore è squisito.
