Hello friends

Today I want to write a recipe for the fried fish that I made a few nights ago
I first made a sauce and put the fish in it for an hour and put it in the refrigerator
Then I added flour and eggs to it and fried it in hot oil. We ate it with rice and dry dill
Fish is one of my favorite foods and we eat a lot of seafood because of their good taste and health
Of course, grilled is healthier than fried because of the use of oil for frying

Rice and dried dill

I usually make white rice, but it is better to make pilaf with dill fish because of the cold nature of fish, dill heats it up and balances it out.

Yogurt and dry mint with black seeds

Yogurt also has a cold taste and I use it with black seeds and mint, it gives better taste to yogurt and is healthier.
