I wanted to write about this travel experience since quite some time but it kept getting pushed aside with other topics. Anyways today I am going to write on this travel experience which was so very delightful. My flight from Muscat to Zurich in Business class. I mentioned it in past also that my husband works for Airline so we get some low fare tickets and sometimes as low as that a business class ticket would cost me lesser than a economy class ticket. During our travel this flight was relatively empty so he booked the subject to load business class ticket for me. Well, it was not my first-time travel in Business class. I normally travel to Mumbai in business on the staff tickets. But this one is a long-range flight and hence it makes all the difference. The experience on a 2.5 hours flight is very different to the one of 8 hours flight.

The seating is very spacious with an individual cabin space with personalized TV screen and other accessories.

The hostess came with the menu card of food and drinks. On a short-range flight the menu is very limited but on a long-range the menu is extensive to choose from.

It felt like I was sitting in a Restaurant

And then the wine selection that I had to make. I normally prefer Organic Red wine. Ideally the wine is selected with what type of food you are having but I always go for the Red one irrespective of the food. In the past for some time, I had got into the habit of enjoying Rose wine, but now I do not prefer it much, they are too high on Sugar. As such most of the wines are high in sugar but dry wines are better in that case, the sugar content is less.

Starting with a Cheese platter with the Wine

My main course was also grilled fish. It was a fishy day for me...hehe

And to end the meal a sumptuous chocolate mousse desert

Did I eat all of this? The answer is No. I did eat a little of all and me and hubby shared some of the food. I did not want to waste it.

After all of that all I could think was to sleep, and why not. There was a comfortable bedding. The Seat could be taken down to complete flat level making it a nice bed.

It was a very nice luxurious flight and who does not enjoy luxury and pampering, especially when it comes at a very affordable price. At this point of time, we were so happily looking forward to our holidays.
