Hive Philippines Street Photography #576 - by Allmonitors
#576 - Monochrome Monday.
A blissful first day of the workweek to you all beautiful people of Hive. It's still a gloomy day here where I am. Yesterday, we were not able to go to the cemetery because it was raining, my mother-in-law asked us the previous day to visit her husband but due to the rain we were not able to proceed. My wife instead asked a friend to come visit with her dog so our old dog can play with their pet. The visitor arrived before five in the afternoon and the wife opened a bottle of red wine which was given to her a a gift by another friend. They finished their drink before nine in the evening, our dog was also tired playing.
Now for our daily photos, this day is about monochrome and this first shot shows a group of young people and they are all sharing their umbrellas with their buds beside them. The rain is a bit heavily pouring at this point and only those with their umbrellas are in the streets walking.
A motorcycle rider came out of nowhere when I was taking a shot of the people that are coming and going to that alley where there is a big tarp barrier which cover an ongoing construction 🚧 of a building beside the road.
A grandma holds on to the steel rail of the stairs as she gently and gradually go down each of the steps going ng to the market place area.
A traffic enforcer stand guard on the road and make sure the traffic of large numbers of vehicles in the city are smooth. We need them and their presence in the most crucial areas of the city streets where vehicles are bumper to bumper.
